Compliance Services
Within our suite of services, ENGEX provides building services maintenance solutions for all gas and electrical work through direct delivery and supported by NICEIC, Gas Safe and OFTEC accredited and audited processes.
Mechanical & Electrical
Our colleagues & teams are vastly experienced have all the necessary accreditations and qualifications to make sure when delivering M&E services, we are compliant with all the current regulations and safety legislation.
We regularly complete all types of domestic and commercial electrical, gas and fire compliance testing, ensuring all the work is documented and certified.
Supported by our Gas Safe, NICEIC and OFTEC accreditation, our qualified colleagues & engineers deliver a wide range of property compliance services including domestic and commercial gas servicing and testing, electrical installation testing, lighting protection, risk assessment, design and installation, drinking and potable water testing including Legionella, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), data and communication cabling, air conditioning, asbestos surveys and testing, and fire equipment installation and testing (both passive and active systems).
New Build Homes, Finishing & Residential Housing
ENGEX specialise in supplying high quality, reliable customer care & after sales maintenance services to national house builders, retirement villages, care homes and student accommodation across the United Kingdom.
We are proud to be one of the leading & most experienced property maintenance providers in the UK & cover all trades with directly employed qualified staff including gas and electrical engineers.
Our colleagues & engineers are coordinated by a professional team of operations executives that use intuitive and innovative systems incorporating mobile technology, vehicle tracker data and a web based management system to enable maximum efficiency and live job status updates.
Day To Day Reactive Maintenance
The scale & geographic coverage of our team of engineers allows us to be extremely reactive. Same day requests can be facilitated and through our mobile device there is a seamless transfer of job data to our engineers. Larger jobs can typically be attended to within 48 hours.
Surveys & Inspections
ENGEX offer a ‘survey and solve’ service meaning that we can investigate and report on issues, detailing the root cause and put together a comprehensive and cost effective resolution report with a quotation to resolve the issues. Thermal imaging cameras, endoscopes and leak detection equipment are available to our experienced surveyors.
Larger Planned Maintenance Projects
Planned projects can be booked in to suit your timescales. A specifically selected team of engineers will be selected to meet the demands of the situation and trade skill sets required. Our lead time is typically around 5-7 working days.
End Of Year Defects
High value retentions are commonly held for long periods of time, whilst original contractors are chased endlessly to attend to snagging items. This is not cost effective. Interest and management/admin time alone can be extremely expensive and an unnecessary expense. Many of our clients will pass a full package of EOYD to us for us to log onto our system, call homeowners within 24 hours and complete works within 7 days where possible. Updates are sent to you within 24 hours of completion to confirm that works are complete and that the Homeowners content with the works.
